We believe you have the right to try LFW first hand before you decide whether or not it's for you.

As a result we offer everyone the chance to have a free trial at your local centre. You will be informed about everything that your centre has to offer you.

You will also do a full circuit so you can feel the benefits yourself!

If after your free trial you decide you want to give LFW a go then great! We're sure you'll enjoy the workout and love the results you will achieve.

However, if in your first 30 days you do not acheive measurable results from 3 sessions a week, we will offer you a full refund.

Some fitness centres will charge you for deciding to join them. Here at LFW you will not be charged for "administration" only for your membership.

All we ask is that if you should decide to cancel your membership that you give one month's notice in writing.
